Junior Golf
2012 Maple Lane Golf Club Junior Golf Instruction and League Play
Where: Maple Lane Golf Club
When: 8:00 am Wednesdays: June 27th, July 11th, July 18th, July 25th and August 1st
What: 6 to 18 hole competitive junior golf league for ages 7-10, 11-14, and 15-19.
Final League day will include awards ceremony and luncheon.
Deadline for sign-up is Friday, June 22nd.
3 age groups consisting of players of the above age groups will tee off at different times. After initial evaluation kids may be moved up or down per playing ability.
8:00 a.m. - ages 15-19 - each week will consist of ½ hour of instruction followed by 18 holes of golf.
9:00 a.m. - ages 11-14 – each week will consist of ½ hour of instruction followed by 9 holes of golf.
10:00 a.m. - ages 7-10 – each week will consist of ½ hour of instruction followed by 6 holes of golf.
Each group will be coed but kids will be paired with same playing ability to help improve each child’s game and will not be put in an uncomfortable situation to maximize learning and game improvement.
The cost of the program will be $130.00 per child and will include over two hours of PGA Professional instruction, tee gift, golf, snack and beverage each week, closing awards ceremony with lunch, prizes, competition and FUN.
