Junior Golf Sign Up Form

•  June 23rd, June 30th, July 14th, July 21st and July 28th!
• Over 5 hours of PGA instruction with the option to play golf afterwards!
• There will be a limit of 30 kids per age group
• Deadline for signup will be June 16th
• 13-18 will begin at 8:30AM
• 7-12 will begin at 10:00AM
